When researching for my dissertation came across these posters for Pan Am, an airline before my time.
What is really surprising is that they were designed in the early 70's, and considering these are nearly 40 years old they look sweet, proper minimal but effective. Beautiful photography with a beautiful typeface. winner.
It is rare these days to find something within advertising never mind corporate advertising that looks like this. What a shame.
