The work that interests me from Smith below are a wide range of logos / visual identity.
Ranging over a number of clients, from Nike to Westbeach to Vans. All of which produce products for snowboarding.
What I like about the logos is that they are all mostly type and the range within the styles.
These are mostly relevant to my music based brief of designing a visual identity for a new up & coming record label.
What could be useful is taking these kind of styles and taking it to the record label and see which ones suit, what looks good and what doesn't.
