Wesley Eggebrecht is a freelance Illustrator/Designer based out of northern Michigan.
This is some branding and merchandise work he did for his co-owned clothing line Savant.
What drew me to this work was two bits of type design, the logo 'SW' and the 'Together' in the first t shirt graphic.
Firstly the logo, this is what started my idea of having an american sport / college style to my proposed record label logo, something like the savant logo with having the initials NDNR together, twisting under and over like. Finding it quite difficult to work with the letters and how to lay them out together.
Then the illustration for the word, 'together' another good example of highlights making it feel more rounded, 3D'ish.
Here is a selection of logos designed by Eggebrecht, some are stronger than others but reminds me that logos need to work as one colour, black on white or vice versa.
