Found this on Behance.net, can't remember the guys name but i do recall he was from Argentina. Think he's just a graduate but found this bit of design and thought it was very relevant to my board designs.
I've been having some issues with effectively creating shadow and highlights on my illustrations. This is a example of when its done fairly well. All the highlights on the top right of each letter, usually bending in correlation with the letter, then having very subtle shadows on the left side of each letter.
Need to try adding the very subtle shadows to my designs as I didn't put any on my choco & win design for some reason.
